Successfully executed a complete redesign of the Hotel Insurgente Allende’s highly outdated and disorganized website. The previous platform suffered from poor usability, unstructured layout (simple text descriptions and unusual widget placements), and lacked engagement features.
The overhaul focused on delivering a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience. Key deliverables included a clean, responsive layout, clear visual presentation of hotel offerings, and the integration of a guest newsletter subscription feature to drive retention and inform customers about future promotions and events. The result is a professional digital presence that enhances the hotel’s brand and improves visitor engagement.
